    为分析盐城响水化工园区“3·21”危化品爆炸事故的爆炸威力,通过对爆炸现场进行勘察以及对事故资料进行系统的收集和梳理,基于爆坑尺寸、质点震动速度和建筑物毁伤半径等一系列关键参数,运用3种不同方法综合计算出此次爆炸的等效TNT当量为340 t。通过进一步归纳分析爆炸灾害现场周边建筑物分布和损伤破坏特点,结合爆炸冲击波传播规律以及相关规范手册,评估此次爆炸对建筑物和人员的毁伤后果。评估结果表明:此次爆炸冲击波作用下的人员死亡半径为227 m;人员安全半径为573 m;建筑物摧毁半径为265 m;建筑物安全半径为1 626 m。

    Abstract:

    In order to find out the power of the “3·21” chemical explosion accident in Xiangshui Chemical Industrial Park of Yancheng, the explosion site was surveyed, and the accident data were collected and analyzed systematically. On the basis of a series of key parameters such as crater size, particle vibration velocity and building damage radius, the TNT equivalent of this explosion accident was determined to be 340 tons using three different methods. The distribution and damage characteristics of surrounding buildings at the site of the explosion disaster were further analyzed. Combined with the propagation law of blast wave and relevant specifications, the damage of buildings and the loss of life under this explosion accident were evaluated. The evaluation results show that suffering the impact of the blast wave, the radius of casualty is 227 m, the safety radius for life is 573 m, the destruction radius of buildings is 265 m, and the safety radius for buildings is 1 626 m.
